MEET STEPHANIE
I started Sedona Designs in 2020 during the pandemic after deciding to transform my hobby of designing into something that I could do as a business long-term. Since then, I have been able to scale my business tenfold with different upcoming ventures to date, and I have had the pleasure of working with clients across the world including the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
I have an eye for detail, a passion for helping others, and a love for bringing out the beauty in design, which is a great combination for creating your unique, unforgettable dream brand. Are you ready to take the plunge?

How We Do It All
In every aspect of the design, we think of everything - both in the present and in the future. We strategically develop and (re)define your brand’s core values, personality, inspiration, audience, vision, and more throughout our entire creative process. Working with us, you will always feel confident in where your brand will go as communication and transparency are very high on our priority list.

We start off with your Brand Application where we get to know a little bit about you and your brand, just so that we know if we are the right fit for you. This is also where we get basic information about the services you are interested in.

We start off with your Brand Application where we get to know a little bit about you and your brand, just so that we know if we are the right fit for you. This is also where we get basic information about the services you are interested in.

THE BRAND PRE-PREP
After we've approved your application, we spend some one-on-one time with you as we dive deeper into your brand and what you expect from us. Here's where we discuss your selected design service, your budget, and any questions you may have for us before we begin.

THE ROYAL WELCOME
Next, you receive your grand welcome! That's right. Once we've got all the details of your design, we will send over your welcome packet along with the link to your client portal to the email you have provided.

THE BRAND BUILD
Once all the technicalities of invoices and contracts are out of the way, we will begin our creative process. After we've completed our draft designs, we will provide you will your design proof along with grant each project 3 complimentary rounds of revisions should there be any changes to fonts, images, or placements.

THE BRAND WRAPUP
Once drafts have been signed off on, we will begin finalizing your project files and prepare them for export. Depending on the service selected, finalized files may be sent to our print department to begin the printing process. Any remaining balances or finalized contracts (eg. Copyright Assignments for brand development) will be completed here as well.

THE BRAND LIFTOFF
Finally, we present you with the necessary brand elements and collateral, as well as brand strategies on how to fully execute your new branding for success. We also prepare a detailed file guide for the files you will receive so you are aware of how and when to use the different types of brand assets you will be given. Lastly, we send over an optional review form which we would love for you to complete!
