  • I'm ready, how do I start my project?
    Yay! We're so excited you want to work with us! To get started, simply complete our Brand Application form and we'll be in touch within 24 - 48 hours with your approval status. If we're a great fit for you, we'll get startign with your welcome and onboarding process. We typically book 2 - 3 months in advance so please bare that in mind when preparing for your launch or relaunch. This also gives us enough time to fully tranform your brand into something you can be proud of.
  • Do you offer single logo designs?
    As brand strategists, we know that your brand cannot be built on a single logo design. Your brand is way more than that. It’s your voice, your vision, your mission, your marketing strategy, your packaging, your website - everything. It’s what will push your audience to choose you over your competition. We want to set you up for success across all platforms. After all, consistency and cohesiveness is what makes a brand a brand.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Absolutely! Building your brand is an investment and we know how important an investment is. Our payment plans are extended over your project timeline. Based on the package you select, each payment will be geared towards each section of deliverables completed. Investments typically have three different payment options: Option One: Payment in full Option Two: In 2 payments Option Three: Monthly installments - 3 to 6 months timeline; subject to approval]. Total investment may vary based on the finalized package details and any add-ons selected. Payment plans are one of the first things we ask once your Brand Application has been approved. Keep in mind, to start your project, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit based on your chosen payment plan. All files will be finalized once all payments have been made.
  • How long is the design process?
    Our turnaround times vary based on the particular service or design that has been booked. If you need your design in a timely manner, rush fees are available. Your design's turnaround time begins IF AND ONLY IF all information is submitted. Please note that multiple revisions can cause delays that are longer than the normal turnaround time. Turnaround times can be extended if there is a high volume of orders, illness, natural disasters, etc. Customers will be notified at that time if there is a delay.
  • What if I want a package done faster?
    Each service or package has a set turnaround time to complete, however projects can be completed fasted by adding rush order fees to your project. Rush order fees can be added at an additional cost and vary based on the service or package.
  • What type of files will I receive once my branding package is done?
    We will be setting your brand up for success, and at the end of your project, you will be receiving in the following formats: 1. JPEG 2. PNG 3. PDF 4. SVG These formats will be available for download via a secure link and once you've downloaded them, you will be able to use your files for digital use and printing.
  • Do you offer design services and support after my project is completed?
    Absolutely! Here at Sedona Designs, you're always a client! If you are an existing or past client that needs content kits, campaign strategies, brand templates, email campaigns, printing, website updates, or any other additional services for your brand, simply complete the A La Carte Form on your client portal or send us an email at hello@sedonadesigns.ca.
  • What website platforms do you use?
    Currently, we design website on Wix, Shopify, Editor X, and Squarespace. Each package with a website design option comes with post launch support, and should you need more time to discuss your website in detail, we offer website maintenance and support.
  • How can I contact you? What are your business hours?
    All communication is done strictly via email at hello@sedonadesigns.ca. Inquiries can be made via social media but once booked, all information will be discussed via email for paper trail purposes. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for any emails or inquires to be responded to. Sedona Designs operates under the business hours of 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM ADT from Monday to Friday and is CLOSED on weekends and major holidays.
  • Your Design Proofs
    After we receive your project information form, and we complete your design based on the information we've receieved, you will be sent your design proof. There is a 72 hour period for you to respond to any drafts, proofs or revisions. A steady flow of communication is needed in order to ensure that you receive your designs in time. After the 72 hours period, there is a day for day extensions on the turnaround time of your project. We are aware that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances may occur, we just ask that you kindly notify us!
  • Project Information Forms
    Project Information forms are used during the design process to accurately retrieve information from clients regarding their designs. You will be sent an online questionnaire where you will list all information and images needed on your graphic. You will also be able to go into more detail about your design ideas and provide inspirational photos as well. The project information form will be sent after your contract has been sign and your invoice can been paid. All forms must be completed within 72 hours of receipt. Please refer to the Ghost Zone policy if you take longer than 72 hours. It is important that you filled out your project information form in its entirety and with great detail (remember, more IS better). In the event that the form is incomplete or improperly filled out, the client will be contacted via email. In the event that no further detail is provided after emailing and the design draft is not what the client envisioned, the client will need to pay a re-design fee of $50.
  • Refunds and Cancellations
    Sedona Designs Co. operates under a strict no refund policy once the design process has started. Projects will follow the general turnaround time unless stated otherwise and drafts/proofs will be sent out accordingly for review. If for any reason, we are unable to complete your design request due to natural causes or personal resaons, a refund of 50% of your total invoice will be given/waived. Projects may be cancelled by our creative team at any time due to unprofessionalism, lack of content or creative control, overdue payments, lack of communication, or any other reason established by us.
  • Finalized Projects: File Types
    Logo Files: All completed project files will include a .png (transparent background), .jpg, .pdf, and black and white versions for you to use freely. Digital Designs: All completed project files will include a .jpg for you to use freely. A .pdf version can be provided if requested. Print Collateral: All completed project files will include a .jpg and .pdf for you to use freely. PSD or AI files are sent for an additional fee.
  • The "Ghost Zone" Policy
    We value the time of our clients, and we ask that our clients value our time as well. The "Ghost Zone" Policy refers to an extended delay in any design project. Our ability to complete a project on time depends on everyone's ability to stick to a timeline. Clients must keep communication going and if more time is needed to gather information, that is to be discussed along with check-ins. We are aware that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances may occur, we just ask that you kindly notify us! If a project is on hold for more than 15 days with no prior notice from the client, it will be moved to the ON HOLD status and the client will be charged a project restart fee of $50 to revive any paused project and the project will be restarted once the fee has been paid. After 45 days of no communication, there will be a $150 restart fee to revive any paused project and the project will be restarted once the fee has been paid. After 90 days (3 months), your project is forfeited, and no refund shall be issued. Your entire project will come to a close! We take our own project deadlines seriously, and our clients need to have the same level of commitment to their project for it to run smoothly and be successful.
  • Creative Control
    In the event that you are unsure of the ideal design, we are here to provide our services through Creative Control. What this means is that you relinquish all designing rights to our creative team to present the best design based on what image your brand should have/represent. We are here as branding specialists to help your brand succeed. As for your design, the following will apply: - Full designer control - Limited to no revsions once design is completed
  • Acceptance of Policies
    Upon submission of payment, the client is responsible for reading the policies in place by Sedona Design Co, as they are to be agreed upon in our Brand Application form. Once your brand application form is accepted, you will be sent a design contract again outlining the terms and policies set by Sedona Designs Co. If you fail to read and review the policies listed on the website in addition to the terms outlined in this contract, that is not at the fault of Sedona Designs Co.
