Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing Sedona Designs to make the vision of your logo come alive. Please read our terms of service very clearly before booking your design, taking into consideration our turnaround times, rush fees, restart fees, creative control policy, and payment plan agreements.
All payments can now be made in full on our website. We require full payment in order to begin your design process. If you require a payment plan, you may contact us here with a full description of the service requested, description, brand name, and ideal payment plan arrangements. If we have agreed on a payment plan, the design process will begin once the final balance is paid.
Logos/Cards/A La Carte: Our turnaround time for digital designs such as logos, cards, and a la carte designs have a turnaround time of 5 - 14 business days, and may vary based on the type of service/package selected, communication with the client, and/or a delay in orders. Please note that the turnaround time starts when all necessary information has been received from the client.
Packages: Our turnaround time for the completion of packages is 10 - 20 business days and may vary based on the type of service/package selected, communication with the client, and/or a delay in orders. Please note that the turnaround time starts when all necessary information has been received from the client.
Website Creation/Revamp: Our turnaround time for the completion of website designs is 15 - 25 business daysand may vary based on the type of service/package selected, communication with the client, and/or a delay in orders. Please note that the turnaround time starts when all necessary information has been received from the client.
Business days do NOT include weekends so please calculate accordingly.
Please note that deposits or any balances paid during or after the service and/or labor have been provided are non-refundable. Sedona Designs Co. operates under a strict no refund policy once the design process has started. Projects will follow the general turnaround time unless stated otherwise and drafts/proofs will be sent out accordingly for review. If for any reason, we are unable to complete your design request due to natural causes or personal reasons, a refund of 50% of your total invoice will be given/waived. Projects may be cancelled by us at any time due to unprofessionalism, lack of content or creative control, overdue payments, lack of communication, or any other reason established by our creative team.
PAUSED PROJECTS AND RESTART FEES
If for any reason, a project has been delayed or paused as a result of the client, it will be subject to additional fees. Throughout the booking process, the client is required to attach any images or text that would be needed for the design. If these requirements are not received within 72 hours of booking your design, the project will be shelved and a restart fee will be added to your design request. Restart fees range between $25 - $150 and will be applied based on the type of service/package type.
In the event that you are unsure of the ideal design, we are here to provide our services through Creative Control. What this means is that you relinquish all designing rights to our creative team to present the best design based on what image your brand should have/represent. We are here as branding specialists to help your brand succeed. As for your design, the following will apply:

- Limited to no revisions once the design is completed
