The ins and outs of shipping from us to you
Shipping Policy

Following the approval of all digital projects, files are sent to our Print Department for printing. Once approved and printed, they are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and you will receive your order confirmation email followed by another notification containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note, orders may experience shipping delays due to weather, high volume of orders, or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Should this happen, you will be notified via the shipping company.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Sedona Designs offer several shipping options including, but not limited to, Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. These shipping options will be selected by us to ensure your order gets to you in a timely fashion. Should you have a preference for shipping carriers, leave a note in your client portal or send us an email. Please note, we do not use our client's customer accounts for shipping.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We also provide free shipping options for print orders over $200 (this applies if your order only contains prints).

USA - 5 to 14 business days
Canada - 5 to 14 business days
United Kingdom - 7 to 14 business days

International Shipping
We also offer international shipping across the world. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The estimated delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to changes based on delays in production or shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Please note, Sedona Design Studios is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Holiday Operations and Closures
During holidays or observed celebrations, our studio and print shop are closed. Please add additional days to your estimated delivery time when applicable. For the following holidays, Sedona Design Studios remain closed:

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Should you have any issues with your order once it is received, please send us an email with your concern or issue and we will try our best to rectify the situation. For more on returns and refunds, see our Return and Refund Policy here. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sedonadesigns.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@sedonadesigns.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
