Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy provides you with how shipping is carried out when an order is placed on the website of www.sedonadesigns.ca (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

On the Site, we automatically collect personal information when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.” When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Shipping Policy, we are talking both about the Order Information. regarding your name, full address and item number. This information will be used to create your shipping order which, once the design process is completed, will be sent to this address.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
1. Communicate with you;

2. Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
3. When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

THE DESIGN AND SHIPPING PROCESS

Once an order is received with attached printing services, we place them in the queue of current designs. Each design services has a distinct turnaround time that apply, and this should not be included in the time calculation for printing services. Once we have completed your design and have received approval from you, we will them send the design to our printing department, "The Print Shop - Powered by Sedona Designs Co." for printing and shipping. Our printing department will them send a confirmation email receiving your order, as well as listing the address on file for shipments. Once this information has been confirmed, we will print and ship your order to you. Our shipping time ranges from 5 - 15 business days and may vary based on location of delivery, holiday rush orders, or intense weather conditins. We may update this shipping policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
