Yay! We're so excited you want to work with us! To get started, simply complete our Brand Application form and we'll be in touch within 24 - 48 hours with your approval status. If we're a great fit for you, we'll get startign with your welcome and onboarding process.
We typically book 2 - 3 months in advance so please bare that in mind when preparing for your launch or relaunch. This also gives us enough time to fully tranform your brand into something you can be proud of.
Absolutely! We understand that building your brand is a big commitment, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Our payment plans are designed to be flexible and cater to your specific project timeline. We offer different packages to choose from, so you can select the one that best suits your needs. Let's work together to build your brand in the most effective way possible!
Investments typically have three different payment options:
Option One: Payment in full
Option Two: In 2 payments
Option Three: Pay with BrandPay (our own payment plans) or Sezzle; pay in 4 installments
Total investment may vary based on the finalized package details and any add-ons selected.
To ensure we provide you with the best possible options for your brand, we include questions about payment plans in our Brand Application form. This helps us understand your unique needs and tailor our services accordingly. Don't worry, we're here to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for you!
Our turnaround times vary based on the particular service or design that has been booked. If you need your design in a timely manner, rush fees are available. Your design's turnaround time begins IF AND ONLY IF all information is submitted. Please note that multiple revisions can cause delays that are longer than the normal turnaround time.
Turnaround times can be extended if there is a high volume of orders, illness, natural disasters, etc. Customers will be notified at that time if there is a delay.
As brand strategists, we know that your brand cannot be built on a single logo design. Your brand is way more than that. It’s your voice, your vision, your mission, your marketing strategy, your packaging, your website - everything. It’s what will push your audience to choose you over your competition. We want to set you up for success across all platforms. After all, consistency and cohesiveness is what makes a brand a brand.
We will be setting your brand up for success, and at the end of your project, you will be receiving in the following formats:

2. PNG
3. PDF
4. SVG
These formats will be available for download via a secure link and once you've downloaded them, you will be able to use your files for digital use and printing.
